STARTING A FAMILY OFFICE
- Establish a Singapore-Single-Family Office (SFO)
- Minimum SGD 200 million in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Invest at least SGD 50 million locally in:
- Listed companies: On SGX Mainboard/Catalist (MAS-licensed exchanges).
- Qualifying debt securities: Bonds, notes, commercial paper.
- MAS-licensed funds: Including private equity investing in Singaporean companies.
